My husband and I bought a house a year ago that had a subterranean termite problem. We started treatment with this company right after purchasing the home, and I can say they eliminated a large part of the colony. Later, we noticed new termite colonies and called the company again; they responded very satisfactorily. Because our house had a severe infestation, it required more treatment applications than other cases. The point of my review is that if you are looking for a responsible company that delivers positive results, this is your best option—excellent treatments and great customer service. They are professional and informative and their pest control treatments have addressed any issues we've had. This fall (2025) I also had them clean our gutters and they did an amazing job. The person who showed up from Recon was by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable of the three services I received quotes from. He took the time to explain all the company’s offerings but did not pressure or try to “scare” me into services I did not want. After signing a contract with Recon they performed all the services I requested on-time and without incident. Billing is handled via email and you can pay online with credit card. They're real people, and whenever they're on site at my house for our monthly service, they take time to meet me for a conversation, check in about my family. I feel known by these folks, and it makes a big difference. When I was first looking for pest control services, I got estimates from some of the larger companies, but I felt like I was just getting the "hard sell." After some research I called this company and had a chance to speak with the owner - he’s great! He was able to give me a quote over the phone and I was on the schedule within a couple weeks.
